New Appointment Policies for Improved Care
Effective March 1st, 2025, we will be introducing two essential policies to enhance our service and accommodate all of our valued clients.

• Multiple Pet Appointments •
To better manage the time we dedicate to each client, we will require a deposit of $65 for each pet being scheduled for an appointment.
This deposit will be credited toward your overall appointment costs. However, please note that if the appointment is not attended or canceled at least 24 hours' before the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited.
We strive to provide the best care, and timely cancellations help us ensure that slots are available for everyone.

• Cancellation Policy •
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you miss an appointment, are 10 minutes late, or do not cancel with at least 24-hours notice, you will receive a warning letter.
Upon missing a second appointment without proper notice, you will transition to a prepay client status.
For prepay clients, if an appointment is missed or not canceled with at least 24 hours after scheduling and paying the deposit, that deposit will be forfeited, and continuation of our client-clinic relationship will be subject for review.
